30-Day Make-It-Right Promise

We want you to love your Queeries order. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or refund for:

• Damaged or defective products
• Misprints or manufacturing errors
• Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 30 days of the order with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos/videos showing the issue. We will review it quickly and help with a refund or replacement when eligible.

Because each shirt is made to order, we are not able to accept returns for size changes, color changes, or change-of-mind.

Basically, if we messed up, we will help make it right.

Please note that slight variations in color and print placement are a normal part of the printing process. Print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches, which is not considered a defect.
